GamePawa Account/Data Deletion Request

To request for account/data deletion from our GamePawa servers please fill out the below form and our team will get back to you in 2-3 working days. Please ensure you input your registered phone number.

“Data Deletion Request: If you would like to request the deletion of your data or have any privacy concerns, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and navigate to the Profile section.
  2. Tap on ‘Set up’ to access the data management options.
  3. Select ‘Request Data Deletion’ and provide the necessary details.

We prioritize the privacy of our users and strive to handle data responsibly. We delete the following types of data upon request:

  • User account information
  • Personal information (name, email, etc.)
  • Usage history and activity logs

We usually retain your personal information as long as it is necessary to fulfill your contract with us and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer wish us to use your information that we actually access and store, you can request that we delete your personal information and close your account. However, if information is required to comply with legal obligations [taxation, accounting, auditing) or to maintain security and data backup settings to prevent fraud or other malicious behavior, some data may still be stored for a period of time not less than 90 days.
